This document is provided in English; the English version governs.本文件以英文提供,以英文版本为准。
Welcome to PutFinder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PutFinder website, pages, and features (the "Service"). PutFinder ("PutFinder", "we", "us", "our") is an independent, solo-built research project. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What PutFinder is — and is not
PutFinder is a rules-based research screener that ranks cash-secured put (CSP) setups across a curated universe of US stocks using a documented, relative scoring heuristic. The output is descriptive information for research and educational purposes only.
PutFinder is not, and does not provide:
- investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice of any kind;
- a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter any transaction;
- a signals service, trade-alert service, or automated trading system;
- the services of a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered financial professional.
Scores and rankings are a relative ordering of tonight's pool on a premium-versus-risk basis. They are not predictions, valuations, expected returns, or performance claims.
2. No investment advice; your responsibility
Nothing on the Service is a recommendation that any security or strategy is suitable for you. Options trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor; you can lose more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. You should conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. You use the Service, and act on anything you see on it, entirely at your own risk.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Market and options data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is sourced from third-party providers. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PutFinder and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service (which, during the current free phase, is US$0) or US$50.
5. Accounts
Some features require signing in (via Google or an email magic link). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the Service or others.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data except as expressly permitted; resell or redistribute the Service's data or output as your own product; probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or reverse-engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and scoring methodology, is owned by PutFinder and protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research. Market data displayed by the Service is owned by its respective third-party providers and is subject to their terms.
8. Third-party services and data
The Service relies on third parties (for example, options-market data providers, authentication, hosting, and email delivery — see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of features powered by them may be subject to their terms.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
The Service is in an early, build-in-public phase and may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
